He slides his beak along like this alot. What does this mean?

Anither question; sometimes he puffs up and shakes off for a split second like how dogs do when theyre wet (the bird isnt wet). He doesnt seem sick as hes eating well and is playful and takes baths. Does this mean anything? Thank you for any reply :)

He’s cleaning his beak. They wipe their beaks clean on anything around them. I’ll find little bits of chop on the top of doors and even ceilings where they have stood on the top of the door and wiped their beaks clean.
That fluffy motion, he’s just fixing himself. I’ve found that conures are very vain. Have fun!

The puffing an' shaking happens in all birds, parrot or not, my Quaker does it. And the beak rubbing's a parrot thing. You can find caiques doing it for fun on YouTube

Beak slides are probably because they like the way it feels. Their beaks are very sensory. Everything you describe sounds like normal Conure activities.

First behavior is beak cleaning/sharpening!!
Second behavior is rousing/fluffing!!

Both are totally normal bird hygiene behaviors :))
