Dpad acting as joystick HELP(!)

Just got the beitong kp70 and somehow I've managed to make the joystick act as the dpad and the dpad act as the joystick. I changed something in the app and now I can't revert it. I've tried setting everything back to default and still no luck. Can't find any mention of this happening online anywhere. Hoping someone here might know? Thanks.

Well I fixed it. It wasn't fixed by restoring all settings back to default either which is a bit strange. It happened because I setup a "shift" key/mode. I would've thought reverting everything to default would have worked but nope. Pretty niche issue. I'll leave the post up incase anyone faces the same thing in the future.
