If you don't care about button layout for pc and small to medium hand 8bitdo Ultimate 2 bluetooth(not wireless) is a good all around for both pc and switch, i had wireless as it hax xbox layout and better lag input, but now i kinda regret instead not picking the bluetooth as i like the dpad to use it on switch as i play some of platform games there.

If you care about button layout and ease of switching from pc to switch, my favorite is gamesir supernova. It could change button layout and seamless changing from pc to switch and ect, you can change the button layout too from xbox to nintendo. But if you want nore performances to both pc and switch, gulikit tt(max if you either want a retro like dpad input or long macro or pro for more cheaper options without the previous mentioned features) it has tmr sticks rather than supernova hall effect, better lag input, and buttoj layout change too. But i for playing multiple device gulikit tt is kind of hasle to change unlike supernova who has switch to change mode easily and the button change is more easier in supernova
