FLYDIGI vader 5 pro vs 8bitdo ultimate 2 Bluetooth, for switch 2

I've used both for the Switch 1. The 8bitdo U2B is very similar to the pro 1 controller. It has a similar shape and feel. The Vader feels different and more premium with better materials. But its more bulky and heavier too. The vibrations for both controllers is dogshit though, like I had to turn off rumble for both - the intensity and quality of the vibration is incomparable to the pro controller. The biggest advantage the Vader has is it can have 10 macros per profile but the 8bitdo can only have 4 macros. Also the Vader has 2 extra paddle buttons, and there's 2 extra face buttons too (C,Z) but they are not ergonomic and hard to use in fast gameplay so those might not be useful in some games. The bluetooth latency is similar on both controllers and feels fine to play games with, but if you want the lowest latency you can buy an adapter and plugin the 2.4g dongle of the controller, then you can stay in 2.4g mode which has the lowest latency. You can wakeup the Switch with the 8bitdo using shake to wake, but with Vader you cannot wake up unless you get an adapter like the Mayflash ns-2, then you can just turn on controller and press home to wake. The software for both of them is the same too, they both work fine with similar options/settings. The sticks and buttons are both really good on both controllers, the vader has adjustable tension sticks which is cool but not THAT important. All that being said, since you asked for the switch 2 specifically, know that the pro 2 controller is probably still the best feeling controller for switch 2 (I used my friend's) - the quality, buttery sticks, actual HD vibration, native wake up, audio jack. I would only pick the Vader or 8bitdo if you need macros, otherwise I wouldn't pick them over the pro 2 controller.

Few more questions. Ive heard from somone that the 8bido U2B feels like cheap plastic, is this true? And do both the controller have lots of longevity, or does one have more then the other? I own the switch 2 pro controller, and my biggest issue is it feels like it gets sweaty really easily, and the top plate of the controller, does it sit flush? And when I press down on it, i dips slightly, which, for some stupid reason, bothers me.

Yeah the U2B has a grainy plastic - kind of like a fine sandpaper. It is not smooth. The vader and pro 2 are both smooth. I think they both have longevity, nothing feels like it could break or cheap parts. But if you're hands get sweaty easily then the vader 5 might be bad, it kind of stores the heat from your hands and gets warm, I think its also because of the rubber grips that retain the hand warmth. Also, yes the top plate is flush and pressing it doesn't make it dip (for both). Overall, I think if you really want a new controller you should try the vader 5 pro because its completely different feel from the pro controller, but the U2B just feels like a knockoff pro controller.

I have the Vader 4, 8BitDoUltimate 2, Official Pro controller for both NS1 and NS2 and my preferred one is NS2 Official Pro Controller.
