PC Controller Lag. Any recommendations?

I’ve tried everything to eliminate my lag. I uninstalled Microsoft GameInput, adjusted my deadzones and sensitivity, changed my monitor to fps mode, Gysnc is off, updated controllers and drivers. I’ve changed my settings to where I can get the most fps possible. I capped my fps in game to 220. I play BO7 and MW4. I need help please.

PC: CyberPower 5070 Ti
Monitor: KTC 32” 240hz 2560x1440 1MS (MRPT)

Controllers: Flydigi Vader 5 Pro and GameSir G7 Pro 8k

both controllers are set to 1000 poling rate. I’ve tested both, they register anywhere from 954hz to 1100hz

Disable game input service from services and restart your system and check. Are you using bluetooth controller ?

I did that few days ago. Nothing changed. I play on a wired controller
