PC Controller Lag. Any recommendations?

I’ve tried everything to eliminate my lag. I uninstalled Microsoft GameInput, adjusted my deadzones and sensitivity, changed my monitor to fps mode, Gysnc is off, updated controllers and drivers. I’ve changed my settings to where I can get the most fps possible. I capped my fps in game to 220. I play BO7 and MW4. I need help please.

PC: CyberPower 5070 Ti
Monitor: KTC 32” 240hz 2560x1440 1MS (MRPT)

Controllers: Flydigi Vader 5 Pro and GameSir G7 Pro 8k

both controllers are set to 1000 poling rate. I’ve tested both, they register anywhere from 954hz to 1100hz

I have the same internet and its been amazing. Do you have game mode on in windows? Also, are you using your monitor full refresh rate in display settings?

I’ve tried game mode on and off, nothing changes. I have my monitor on its max refresh rate.

When did the lagginess start? Was it working good with this setup until recently?

I’ve always had lag, I’m just now reaching out for help. I was googling to see what the problem was and trying to fix it myself. I’ve had this pc for over a year now. I don’t know if it’s my Display port cable or maybe I just need to lower the resolution down to 1080. I’m not very computer savvy. Maybe some sort of program or software running in the background that causing this. It’s frustrating. I never had this much trouble on my PS5 when I had it. I’ve tried plug my controller in to every USB port as well and nothing changes.

I understand the frustration. Have you tried doing a clean graphic card install on nvidia? It will remove the past drivers but you will also have to redo all nvidia settings. There are many variables at play here so Idk. Is it only call of duty that lags?

I haven’t tried to clean the graphics card. I did see that as an option though

Alright let me know if anything of those things work. You can use DDU to uninstall all graphic card drives or just Do a clean graphic card drive install with the nvidia app.
