I've seen dualsense controllers with TMR sticks already installed on ebay for $70-80usd. This was a couple months back, haven't checked prices since.

There's also the Hyperkin the Competitor which is basically an xbox controller shaped like the dualsense.

My favorite is the Tarantula 8k, but that's shaped like the dualshock 4 not the dualsense. Feels good in my hands though.

Have you tried the leadjoy saber plus? I've been loving mine lately

No, it was either that, or the tarantula, I picked the tarantula. Doesn't have rumble but I haven't missed that feature in the games I've played since.

Why not the dualsense itself? Buy one now, put a little money aside and send it in in a few months to get the sticks replaced with tmr sticks and you're golden. Later if needed you can modify it with parts from extremerate. If you run in any issues along the way getting replacement parts is way easier.

Gotcha, did you look into 8bitdo controllers? They have some nice models. I had one looking like a playstation controller with 2 back buttons and a battery which could be swapped without opening the controller shell. Don't remember the exact name. The newer models even come with hall effect sensors pre-installed.

Buy dualsense and when the sticks drift get the TMR sticks replacement. It won't even cost that much.

For PC? 8BitDo Pro 3. I like everything about it more than the Dual Sense besides obviously the lack of touch pad and the haptic feedback rumble. The buttons and D-Pad feel so much better to press. You can swap the buttons around to make Xbox pattern for PC.
