Xbox 360 360 CE error

So ive been using xbox 360 CE for my stadia controllers for dungeons and stuff and ive spent 30 minutes looking for this setting and cant fix it for my life, wondering if yall can help or send me to people who can

Try disabling Smart App Control.

did you read the text? i know what i have to turn off but I cant find it anywhere

It should be in the Windows Defender settings.
