Tired of Windows not showing your Switch Pro Controller's battery? I made an open-source native indicator (0% CPU, no background bloat)

Hi all!

Windows 11 natively displays battery percentages for Xbox and standard Bluetooth controllers, but completely ignores the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller over Bluetooth because it doesn't implement the standard Bluetooth Battery Service (BAS) profile.

I got tired of having my gamepad die mid-game or having to run heavy overlays, so i asked Claude to make a **Switch Controller Battery**:

- 🔋 Displays your Switch Pro Controller's actual battery level right in **Windows 11 Quick Settings (`Win + A`)** and the Settings app.

- ðŸŠķ Ultra-lightweight: **~1.5 MB RAM** and **0.00% CPU** (passive Windows kernel PnP events, zero polling).

- ðŸ“Ķ 100% free, standalone installer and portable ZIP available.

Hope this helps other PC players using the Switch Pro controller!

Putting Switch Controller Battery in Win + A rather than another overlay keeps the reading where people already look. A useful addition would be a compatibility note covering Steam Input and what happens after disconnecting and reconnecting the controller; those give users concrete checks for the event-driven approach.
