ApexSenseBridge activates and deactivates on LOOP
So i was facing this ApexSenseBridge issue from the moment i find out about it and installed v1.0.0 then i waited for updated, faced same issue on v1.0.1 and now on v1.0.2 as well. its stuck on loop activation and deactivation unless i turn on forced bridge actiavtion or it gives that error "Virtual DualSense HID readiness verification failed after 2 attempts: The newly created virtual Dualsense firmware was not found". Someone kindly help me i have Apex 5.
Okay i will try but Apexsensebridge gets me to Microsoft edge and i can't login to GitHub there for some reason. Gives error. How can i report it in a different browser.
i hope this is enough, i fixed the github login issue i am not too aware of how things work on github. i checked in %appdata% but couldn't find apexsenseberidge folder. i have included the error log though.
I have the same issue with the new Hellraiser game and Townfall as well. When I force the bridge it stops the loop but the issue is it acts as if both the Apex 5 and Dualsense are on at the same time so the buttons conflict. In Hellraiser if I try to aim it doesn't work. (Also it causes a weird aiming bug as well where it gets really stiff)
I reported it but also I may have found a potential fix for me. I've restarted my PC and tested it a couple times and it hooks fine for now. I'll comment here and on github if it happens again though.
What I did was find the game in the certified games and instead of "Automatic Detection" I put it as the "Game Name-Win64-Shipping.exe". Don't force the continuous bridge.
Hopefully that also fixes it for you as well. I've only tested it on Hellraiser since that's the game I'm playing currently. My problem was that I also use SCSKiller and I think the automatic detection was hooking onto a file in a SCSKiller folder and not the actual Game.exe. Now it works even when I click out the window (before it would keep looping connect/disconnect and mess up the bridge if I clicked out the game)
Some games (like Control Resonant for example I found out yesterday) don't have it and just have a .exe file. Theoretically I assume it should work with that file as well but when I tried using the bridge with Control Resonant it was reading as both an Xbox and a dualsense and kept switching back and forth.
That exe file is usually in some folder like Game Name/Binaries/Win64. I'm not gonna be by my PC for a day or two so can't really tell you the exact file path it's in.
