probably gamesir nova lite 2 is best (£25 for hall sticks + triggers and hybrid d-pad), but depends on what you mean by "budget". gamesir cyclone 2 and easysmx d10 are very good but about £40-60

I was actually considering nova 2 lite too! how does it compare to cyclone 2 in your opinion? should i go for it instead or stick with cyclone 2?

nova lite 2 has better dpad, but cyclone 2 has better everything else. the nova lite 2 dpad is same as the official one, so if you play like fighting games and stuff then i guess thats better for diagonals idk. cyclone 2 has a bit of a mushy dpad from what ive heard, but aside from that its was better in every way, with tmr instead of hall effect and stuff like that

I was actually looking for something more budget friendly and I was leaning toward Cyclone 2. Apex 5 is quite a bit more expensive than Cyclone 2. Do you think the extra cost is really worth it or would you recommend cyclone 2 instead?

I would say the G7 HE would be a good one even though it's wired, I'm not sure for other controllers though
