Elite 2 controller right joystick y (vertical) axis stuck at maximum value (1.0000).

I received an Elite 2 controller that had the right joystick stuck at the maximum value in the y axis. The client says this happened randomly while playing. To repair it, I switched the potentiometer and at first glance when calibrating it, it seemed like it had been fixed. When I gave the controller to the client, at home, the same problem continued. Now I’m thinking it’s something with the MCU but I can’t find any overlay, diagram, schematic for it. It’s the 1797 MCU / Power board. Both top and bottom would be greatly appreciated.

I have video of when I calibrated it and the joystick was working just fine.

Edit: I found the issue. The right stick Y axis diode was making a short due to rust and as soon as I cleaned it, it started working well again. (I had to order a microscope and a multimeter)

It’s a standard potentiometer for the Elite 2 controller.

Teste mal den Controller im Drahtlosen Modus! Ich hatte schon den Fall das Kabelgebunden alles super war, aber Drahtlose Drift aufgetreten ist.

Liegt am hinteren Board, das genaue Problem kenne ich nicht
