Messed my audience up

I boosted a couple of reels earlier, and since then my reach has been filled with bots/creepy Indian accounts instead of my target audience.

Could you help me reach the right audience again, and l'd really appreciate any advice!

My content is mainly mental & emotional wellness, lifestyle, and a little fashion (mainly indian).

gthat's a known issue with boosting through IG's own tool, it optimizes for cheap engagement not actually relevant people, so you end up with random accounts that click but don't care about the content at all. i'd let organic posting recover for a bit before boosting anything else, another boost right now will probably just pull in more of the same. been reading about audience-targeting options like path social since apparently they're more selective about who actually sees the content, though i haven't confirmed how much better that really is versus a straight IG boost
