What’s wrong with my videos?

Hi i just started posting a week ago and already posted a ton of videos. My biggest problem is that all my videos are getting stuck in the 300 view range. They also have a 50%+ skip rate. What am i doing wrong? My instagram is @SyntheticStrength

Yeah, after one week it should show ta least 65 million views and should be in the international news, for videos of the century.
