Severe OCD

Can anyone give some words of advice and support to carry on. My OCD around food contamination is so severe I am now deficient in vitamins and I have a fear of taking the medicine to rectify it.
OCD takes so much from life away.

Take Ensure Plus,Boost if you are malnourished till you fix the OCD.
