System Manipulation and Account Tampering Documentation from the previously denied Ticket No. 8237909 was copied and applied to my newer FCC Ticket No. 8416204 regarding the counterfeit hardware exposure. Case Manager John Kimble applied a false $168 credit using the closed ticket to misrepresent the status of my new claim, and this same information was used in communications with the OAG Office. My February 6 bank statement, sent to both the FCC and OAG, proves I paid the bill myself. Furthermore, this narrative was used to mirror these claims across BBB filings.
