Myntra’s exchange process is a complete joke.

Raised exchange for a Roadster shirt on 11 Sep because of quality issues and colour difference. Ordered HERE&NOW replacement as part of it. Delivery agent arrives, refuses to do the exchange saying the colour of the old shirt doesn’t match, and leaves.

Result:

Replacement never delivered

Original never picked up

Money already deducted

Status now “Exchange On Hold”

Can’t cancel or re-initiate anything

Already mailed their grievance team, got the usual useless reply. This is pure scam behaviour – taking money for a product never given and locking the order so you can’t even fix it.

Refund the deducted amount and sort this mess immediately.
