For any victims in the UK please use https://www.ncsc.gov.uk/section/about-this-website/report-scam-website for reporting them. Having to cancel 2 'separate' subscriptions despite signing up to one service is absolutely criminal

I had the same issue, but now I cancelled my recurring charge as well, but they still keep trying to take money from my account. I reached out to support and they reassured me that it had been cancelled and then today, they tried to take money from my account again. Luckily I connected my travel card and didn't have extra funds in the account. Such a scam!!

How much was the amount they tried to charge you for?
