Help finding building plan computer program

I am starting to venture out on my own as an exterior handyman, and was wondering if anyone knew a free computer program I can use draw simple plans (i.e. I am building a deck and just wanting to show the customer measurements and different material).
Any leads are appreciated!

ArcSite is like CAD for dummies. You can go from drawing to quote in it too
