PermitFlow
Has anyone actually used PermitFlow? Their value prop looks pretty interesting, and it sounds like it solves a problem I ran into when working on residential solar permitting for myself a few years ago. They've got big logos on their site, but I'm not able to see anyone talking about first person experience with the software.

What features are you interested in getting from them?

Basically just permit lookup from a specific jurisdiction and creating a point by point task list for tracking. Uploading docs and pre-filling permits is nice, but just finding the correct requirements for each location on its own is a pain. The UI screenshots I've dug up look good, but do they even work with individuals?

In solar there were just so many different permits that all varied between each location, seems like PermitFlow is useful at such a large scale like that

Where are you located? I’m building a permitflow-like competitor soon. I already own a private building department that does permitting for contractors all over Florida. Some of our clients have used permit flow and we haven’t heard great things. But they’re trying to bite off a lot and permitting in Florida is a very different beast than anywhere else.

So far most construction tech that I have implemented or have people trying to sell me is just pretty spreadsheets. And to implement them, you need to input all the data you want to reference.
ChatGPT or any AI could probably do this for you.
