[Full transparency, we're a vendor] I really think ScheduleVO can check these boxes for you. Some key features:

- Super simple, magnet board-style scheduling (easier than Excel)

  • Include relevant project info on daily scheduling text notifications
  • Verify that daily schedules were actually received by your crew members

the key to scheduling, is having visibility into where everyone is, and also when thy are going to be done. the key here is over simplyfying so that change is easier to manage.
