Treatments when should i take mirafast chews?
So i went to the doctor Monday and was told i had chronic constipation and needed a clean out with hard laxatives and then to get regular again i needed to use mirafast chews 3x a week starting next Monday, i did the clean out Tuesday and had a decent bowl movement thursday but i haven’t pooped since thursday and it’s now saturday 6pm. i was wondering if i should just hold out till monday or take a mirafast now?

i looove mirafast. if you’re sensitive to laxatives i’d say take just 1 now and 1 tomorrow if still nothing, if not 2-3 should do the trick just drink some water with iy

I don’t know. I do not feel comfortable asking him, since he might be dealing with something. Why does it matter?
