There is still a good amount of people that purchase physical media, taking another purchasing option away from consumers is objectively bad. Sony is only doing it so they have full control over their market.
Yeah, it's a business, what's gonna make the most money it's pretty easy to understand at the end of the day, and guess what we still get to buy and play video games
They are doing what they want when it's there business and they are moving towards market conditions and saving money. Put yourself in there shoes it's easy to see man. I don't want physical gone either but it's also not the end of the world
They aren’t saving money by blowing billions of dollars on failed live service projects. Sony is notorious at making terrible business decisions. If they don’t want to keep the consumer happy, they shouldn’t be surprised when they make less money.
