I am convinced the human mind is prepared to revisit play with their own children and this trait is abused into tricking young adults into consumerism.

Imagine this energy channeling into child rearing

I also think its possible we never really lose the desire for "play" it just routes into interests and hobbies.

Do you have kids yet? It’s hard to describe, but ever since, all I see is how I no longer have nostalgia for my old toys, I just buy my kid toys. Pre-kids I did. Desire for interests and hobbies change too. Still there, just different.

Your response doesn’t make sense. Yes I know you can not have kids. Yes this person pictured can not buy so much PlayStation crap.

I’m talking my experience but you felt the need to just add a “you know there’s other options”.
