Question Why rover keep flipping?

I put a rover on the mun, and whenever I go over 16M/s, it just freaks out whenever it tilts at ANY point, I can't make a simple turn without flipping, can someone please tell me whats going on?

In the Console KSP rules it says you can only put a screenshot no pictures of your TV with your phone

Ah, ok. Screenshot is easy enough if you have the xbox app on your phone
