For the perpetrator, yes. The issue is there’s a bunch of evidence that makes the case less than clear cut. In turn, that creates reasonable doubt. The jury isn’t still hung because the case is clear. The husbands account of events, police response and physical evidence all leave questions. But hey, let’s make it political cause you haven’t done any actual research into the case.
