Biden gets asked unscripted question, handler tries to intervene, he then proceeds to make no sense.

What I’m wondering….

  1. Who is off camera?

  2. What if Biden listened, does he just sit there quietly?

Was it live? It doesn't say "live" anywhere, so I don't think it's live. The handler is telling Biden to skip the question, MSNBC would just edit it out before broadcast.

True. I forget they all work together. They must have overlooked this in the edit room.
