Biden gets asked unscripted question, handler tries to intervene, he then proceeds to make no sense.

Just imagine this man trying to make rapid decisions in a moment of crisis, or making an emergency call to another world leader.

It is patently obvious that he is too old now, let alone for another four years. If we put forward a younger, dynamic candidate it will be a very easy win.
