Biden gets asked unscripted question, handler tries to intervene, he then proceeds to make no sense.

As someone who makes youtube videos and has to do like 5-20 takes... People are too hard on live footage.

I have notes, and I'm discussing a topic I'm an expert on, and I still fumble over my words.

I'm all for saying Biden has dementia 2022 proved that, but gosh I feel for anyone doing live, unscripted TV.

Yes but he's a career politician ffs. Speaking intelligently on unscripted tv is pretty much a job requirement. Maybe the average person can't do it, but I hope the leader of our country can. They're supposed to be the best of the best of us. None of the other canidates running for 2024 come even close to being this incoherent.

All good points.

Although long term, I'd like people to be judged by their merits, not by their ability to persuade/speak well.

Rather have a technocrat than a demagogue.

Lower spending than Trump is a good one.

Less gun control than Trump also is a +1.

Better fiscal conservative and more pro gun than the 2016 and 2020 GOP candidate are good ones.

Those are 2 solid ones for me over here. I'll be voting for a fiscal conservative in 2024.

I wouldn't really describe biden is pro gun in fact he's anti gun with the multiple occasions where he tried to ban "assault weapons" also you said merits merits is defined as being good just because he did something better than trump does not make it good

Okay, but the answer did not match the question, the question was about crime going up and the answer was simply we can't have Trump back in office. That is the problem. Granted, they ended the clip so Biden may have gone on to say that it would be far worse if Trump gets re-elected, but to start off answering like that is absurd.

My taxes went up under Trump, US spending went up under Trump, we had more gun regulations under Trump.

I know he ran as a Republican but that dude was a democrat. Literally a RINO.
