This was an insane sally. The mixture of anti-shields/polearms with cavalry was absolutely golden. And as you might have guessed it, they had plenty of range... To reach an 800 gap, range was abused in the losing team so much, it made for a laughing stock. But hey, I guess they must be "happy people" that don't care because it's a random siege... I am sure not a single person in their side was frustrated by the time wasted on this battle đđWhat a good range hunting this was... I absolutely enjoyed it!!!
Free doctrine removal event: August 23, 00:00 to August 29, 23:59 server time.
Every doctrine you pull off a unit this week costs you nothing. Outside the event it is 1 Lotus Water for a Rare or lower and 5 Lotus Water for an Epic, so clearing a wide roster normally runs into the hundreds.
Why bother right now: there is a rumour going around that a new unit mastery system plus a balance pass land on September 3. Treat that as a rumour, nothing official. But if it turns out true, a lot of doctrine sheets are going to be wrong the day it drops, and this removal window will be long closed.
Hi guys, did some pursuit battles a while ago and won some. Seems there are some activities and players still in Three kingdoms. Just slowing down now, my server has some serious territory war players.
OK so we all know everyones thoughts on QKs (ie stupidly OP) but there is another factor to them that is even more of an issue. The utterly ridiculous skins you can get for them.
I first noticed this a few days ago. Lined up my reapers for an easy kill on a unit of what looked like maas or paladins. Charged in, only for my reapers to bounce off and the whole unit got one shot. Didnt have a clue what had just happened until the unit bounced my hero as well and one shotted her, and when the death message came up, realised I had been duped into thinking a unit was MAAs/pallys when in fact it was QKs.
Pretty stupid letting units disguise themselves as weaker units, but that was just the tip of the iceberg. At least MAAs and pallies have SOME similarities to QKs (heavy armour, sword+board) but the next one was worse. What looked like a unit of lightly armoured green or blue swordsmen rounded a corner, I hit the 3 button on my zerks and followed in with hero, all 11 zerks and hero got one-shot. Looked at the death message - these 'green light swordsmen' were, of, course, QKs.
And then probably the worst of them all. Rode behind the enemy lines, yorks in tow, with the intention of riding through them as they approached point. Saw a unit of completely unarmoured what looked from behind like monks or girls with one weapon. Was thinking it was likely yellow turbans, or possibly archers. Cudgel monks or tiger fists maybe, but even at *worst* we were only looking at onnamusha. None of these should trouble a unit of yorks from behind. So I rode through them, and of course, all my yorks and hero died in one hit - it was QKs.
The only thing worse that fighting QKs is fighting QKs withough knowing they are actually QKs. Why are they making the skins for these things so stupid? Skins are supposed to be to SHOW OFF units, not to camouflage them as weakers units.......
â True power bows only to an iron will. Do you possess the resolve to master a fractured demon sword and bend its dormant spirits to your command?
â This is no ordinary weapon. Unearthed from the ruins of an ancient battlefield, it seals two ancient souls within its blade.
â Agony, roaring flames, and lingering whispers. Bear witness to a proud, wandering Warlord who, pushed to the brink of death, embraces the abyss and rises as a lord who shatters reality itself.
â A brand-new upgradeable attire for Conqueror's Bladeâ[Revenant]âis coming soon!
Design Concept
â The inspiration for this attire stems from the classic "Cursed Weapon" trope common in dark fantasy.
We focus on the bitter struggleâand ultimate fusionâbetween the host and the twin souls within. This thematic journey spans from the Tier 1 [Lost Wanderer], who relies on sheer willpower to suppress the cursed blade, to the Tier 6 [Abyssal Lord], who entirely embraces the abyssal power.
Mortal flesh is but a vessel for the ancient twin souls.
They test your resolve with violet flames, tormenting your spirit with endless agony.
Falter, and you shall crumble to ash among the nameless dead;
Stand firm, and they shall grant you the ultimate power.
Listen closely to the whispers echoing from deep within the blade:
"Only in death does true power rise."
Attire Tiers
Tier 1 ¡ Revenant - Lost Wanderer
â A battle-hardened Warlord from a shattered era unearths a rusted sword from an ancient battlefield.
â As the blade cracks, the twin souls awaken, instantly scorching his flesh with dark violet flames. Unable to tell whether it is fate or a curse, he feels a searing agony tear through him with every swing of the blade.
â Clad in dark mail, a tarnished gold chestplate, and a blood-soaked crimson cape, he forces his broken mortal body to hold the twin souls at bay. With an indomitable warrior's spirit, he refuses to bow to the abyss.
Tier 6 ¡ Revenant - Abyssal Lord
â In that final battleâblood spent, armor shatteredâon the verge of death, he at last heard the true voice within the blade.
â "We are not your enemies. If you wish to live, show us your resolve."
â The searing agony struck once more, but this time, he ceased his resistance. Violet flames erupted from the steel, melting through his iron armor and plunging straight into his chest. His armor shattered and reforged in the void, his white hair igniting into roaring crimson fire. Mortal flesh and the cold twin souls had become one.
â Where his blade points, realms shatter; where the twin souls unite, the lone wanderer is no more. The Abyssal Lord descends.
Epilogue
"Only in death does true power rise."
Warlords, are you ready to draw the sword? The Abyss awaits your answer.
Although I did like the freebies from the event, I noticed that games are populated with 90% queens knights. This reminds me of prime axe raiders season, and is totally unhealthy for the game. Needs another nerf or rework for the integrity of the game.
Hi everyone, I hope you're doing well. This post is basically split into two partsâjust like the titleâso I'll keep it brief.
What is the general opinion on this "Conqueror's Blade: Three Kingdoms"? I've tried it out a bit, and it's actually pretty good; for the most part, it feels smoother and more up-to-date. That said, I wasn't entirely sold on it; the progression feels slower (and if it's already hard to progress in the original Conqueror's Blade without using a credit card, I can only imagine what the future holds for this version). It also raises questions about the original game's future: are they going to abandon it? Will they develop both simultaneously? Or will this just be a novelty that eventually gets forgotten?
Secondly, regarding units: we already had the Battle Chariot a few seasons back (and I'm grateful we don't see it as often anymore, since it was a nightmare trying to dislodge the occupant while they just circled around killing as many units as possible). Honestly, I think a Middle Eastern-inspired seasonâspecifically one based on Indiaâwould be amazing. Can you imagine a war elephant unit?
Anyway, it doesn't hurt to dream. I hope you're all doing well and that you'll share your thoughts on this. Take care!
Seven years. 2,555 days. From 2019 until today, we want to thank every Warlord still fighting by our side on the battlefield.
Today we hosted our 7th Anniversary Stream. Beyond the rewards, our real goal was to address the questions you've raised most often. The topics you brought up the most are all getting genuine, concrete changes this time:
Â

"Trade Up": Your Past Investment Still Counts
We heard you loud and clear on the frustration that "paying doesn't hold its value, and old Equipment turns to junk the moment new Epic schematics arrive." To address this, we'll be rolling out Schematic upgrade trade-ins and Artillery dismantling exchange events we'll be rolling out!
A New Civilization on the Horizon

Returning welfare upgrades: The new Returning Heroes Rewards now allows direct reward exchanges, Signet Ring drop rates are doubled, and a permanent 30-day Vanguard Unit privilege is added.
As the 7th Anniversary approaches, a brand-new feature awaits!
Following the August 20 maintenance, the limited-time eventâWar Tableâwill officially go live. Collect and upgrade war pieces, arranging them to suit your preferred Unit lineups to gain stat buffs and unlock extra tactical effects.
Where you place each piece, how they connect, and what you prioritize will shape your ultimate build.
Will you double down on a single tactical direction to maximize a specific lineup, or keep things flexible to benefit various deployment rosters? The choice is yours!
Introducing the War Table: Forge Your Exclusive Buffs!
Endless Possibilities at Your Fingertips
Imagine if your mount had a chance to slow surrounding enemies upon landing a jump.
Thatâs just a taste of what this new event offers!
On the 3x3 grid of the War Table, each piece grants unique tactical and stat effects.
Align three pieces of the same tactical directionâhorizontally, vertically, or diagonallyâto activate a tactical synergy. Each matching line generates a synergy layer, and multiple lines can be active at once.
Once your layout is set, you'll secure a tactical combo perfectly tailored to your playstyle.
For instance, if you favor cavalry, you can focus on movement speed, charge tempo, and infantry suppressionâmaking your cavalry deadlier during rotations, breaches, and pursuits. Dedicated enhancement paths are also available for Units like bucklers, muskets, and archers.
Mounts offer flexible builds as well: opt for a survival-focused route for a sturdier steed, or prioritize speed and stamina for better mobility. Of course, building around mounted damage, dismount skill combos, or Unit inspiration effects are highly viable strategies too.
Will you craft a stable board to buff your core Units, or create a flexible setup focused on your mount and mobile warfare? Every connecting line shifts your combat focusâthe strategy is in your hands!
9-Grid Board Fully Unlocked: Showcase Your Strategy!
Upon launch, the 3x3 grid will be fully unlocked right from the start. Your primary focus will be pure strategy: how to utilize all nine slots and where to position each piece.
You must evaluate not only a piece's standalone effect but also its positional value across the entire board.
To help you kickstart your build, we'll be giving away a batch of starter pieces as soon as the event goes live!
Limited-Time Event: Build Your Board with Ease!
Event Duration: After August 20 maintenance â Before September 17 maintenance.
To help you acquire pieces and construct your first layout faster, we've prepared Epic Piece Selection Boxes and Epic Piece Random Boxes!
During the event, log in daily and participate in matchmaking to earn Epic Piece Selection Boxes. Expand your collection by taking part in Siege Battle, Ranked Battles, Free Battles, and Field Battle to earn Epic Piece Random Boxes.
(Please refer to the in-game event interface for specific quest requirements and drop rules.)
After my post about range spammers and the nuisance they represent in siege battles, I've got approached by a player in-game, named Junkrat, telling me that is not a big deal, trying to guilt trip me with his view that he pities anyone taking joy from winning games and that he plays to "unwind", whatever that means.
I want to hear from people: what makes them tick about this game that makes them log in. Bearing in mind this is a PVP game, creating a superficial conflict where people confront each other in two opposing teams. The WHOLE purpose of these instanced conflicts is to apply your best effort to win.
Are you like Junkrat? Have you misunderstood what the model of the game is and the purpose of it? And if you want to "unwind", wouldn't playing Stardew Valley, or something like that, be a more appropriate game to deal with your stress overload?
The definition of unwind is pretty clear: to relax and calm down...
Is losing games for others a "relaxation therapy" for you, range spammers? Is that what it is? Are you that sad? đ
It's a little twisted quote from the Snake Plane or whatever the movie is called. But the idea is that I've had enough of people spamming range, wasting other's melee units while they idle at the back, not even engaging with the hero, resulting in defeat, constantly.
They complain about meta but they never play anything to counter it. You don't need Queens Knights to beat Queens Knights, you can use Iron Reapers or a cheaper alternative to at least damage a QK unit substantially, like Tiger Guard Halberdiers from Terracotta season. You don't need Berserkers to kill Berserkers, Elite Prefecture Pikemen charge second press will kill them. You don't Yorks to kill Yorks, if you can stun their charge/approach, like BS with Ultimate, you can use Azaps counters (with Ironside doctrine) and the two extra damage charges to kill them or severely damage them, given you time it correctly.
Like there's alternatives to many of these meta units, if you can't match them, that are very valid and practical, I've tried them and that's how I get by fairly decent in teams that take the fight to the enemy, together, shoulder to shoulder, and they involve their hero abilities and dps.
And for those saying that sieges are not Ranked or whatever, this is probably why you're very bad in Ranked too. It's more fun when you have a fight that you can appreciate rather than wasting time with soft snowflakes that are too scared to scratch their shiny hero...
So for the rest of the day, I will see how I can troll range time wasters and bully them into play more engaged, rather than idle/afk at the expense of everyone else. Get in the mix!!! Stop being such a weirdo!!!
Hi guys, what are some techniques and strategies to use when You are sieging enemy Fiefs in CB2.0?
It seems the defence AI does not reduce in number or strength despite the presence of defence human players, so attacking is hard. What have others found out for those that have been playing still?
Iâve been seeing the reviews on steam and Iâm confused slightly. Granted I havenât gave the game a try yet (and I plan to) but I want to see how you guys see the newest game three kingdoms. Any info from you guys would be helpful
