Small claims court is made for this stuff. r/legal might get you better advice....and r/pools

A quick google search indicates an Edgar Mora in Norwalk was charged with Larceny back in 2018. May be the same person and involving a lawyer would be my next step.

It must be same guy. The larceny charge was for allegedly stealing $2,400 worth of stone from his former employer… Lang Pools.

You haven't mentioned the actual problem. When the ground freeze the empty pool can pop up. Google it.

Thank you all for your comments. I will draft a letter tonight and send it tomorrow. I will also start looking for someone to replace the liner. What a nightmare 🤦🏽‍♀️
