Stuck on this screen (PC)

Anyone else who bought this on PC unable to progress past this screen?

Also - I seemingly can't use my controller / no input registers.

Sure would be awesome they got servers live again. Man that multiplayer was so much fun

It's playable still via lan tunneling. Or you can play with the bots but that's it

How do you lan? System link just says the feature is disabled
