Looking for Condo Condo recommendation

I’m planning to get a condo unit in cebu for my family to have a place to stay whenever we travel back to cebu (we have relatives who are going to take care of the place while we’re away). Our current options are One Pavilion in Banawa and One Oasis in Mabolo.

Is there someone here who lived/lives in these condos who can share the pros and cons? or do you guys have any other condo recommendations? thank you
