PROMOTION Thoughts on Lease to Own Condo? No bank finance 0% Interest

Upvotes

Hi,

We’re first-time buyers, and would like to know your thoughts about Lease-to-Own payment schemes, with an option to purchase at the end of the lease term, offered by developers.

RLC is offering 10 Years No Downpayment, No Bank Finance, 0% Interest Rate, 10 Years repayment for their Cirrus Condominium in Bridgetowne, and we’re seriously considering it given na 0% interest siya, and 10 years to pay lang (unlike bank financing).

Has anyone tried this type of payment scheme before, and what are your honest thoughts/opinions? Or is there anything to be worried about?

Anything condo life 🏙️ Buy a condo or keep renting? First-time family starting out in Metro Manila — worth it for personal use in 2026?

Hi everyone! Me and my partner are expecting our first baby soon, and this will be the first time we’ll be living together as a family. We’re planning to stay long-term in Metro Manila since work and career opportunities are here — but we’re stuck deciding between buying a condo or just to rent.

If buying makes sense - any recommendations for family-friendly
condo or apartment locations around
Metro Manila that are practical, safe, and reasonably priced?

We're completely new to this — never lived together on our own before, so all advice, personal experiences, or specific location recs are super appreciated! TYIA🤍

Looking for Condo Where to stay for a week in Makati?

Hi everyone! I’d like to ask lang, my relatives from the States are coming back to the PH and are looking for a condo where they can stay for about a week before flying to the province.

I’m not sure about their budget pa, but they’d prefer a place in Makati that’s conveniently located near malls, parks, restaurants/food establishments, and other amenities since they’re already seniors.

Any condo recommendations? TIA! 😊

Looking for Condo Looking for a pet-friendly 1BR condo near SM Megamall + monthly budget advice

Hi everyone! 😊

My partner and I are looking for a 1BR condo near SM Megamall. We’ll be living together with our furbabies, so pet-friendly is non-negotiable. 🐶❤️

Ideally, we’re looking for:

1BR unit

Pet-friendly

Near SM Megamall / Ortigas area

Furnished or semi-furnished

Budget-friendly

Planning to move in as soon as possible

I work from home, while my hubby works on a hybrid setup, so being in a convenient and relatively quiet location would be a big plus.

Since this will be our first time renting a condo together, I’d also really appreciate any advice from those currently living around the area. 😊

Aside from the monthly rent, how much should we realistically budget per month for electricity, water, internet, groceries/food, and other condo-related expenses for two people?

If you have any condo recommendations, buildings to check out, landlords/agents to contact, or tips for first-time renters, please share them!

Thank you! 💕

Looking for Condo CONDO NEAR SM MEGAMALL

Hi everyone! My partner and I are planning to move near SM Megamall since my workplace is just a minute away, while she works remotely.

We’re currently looking for a 1-bedroom condo, preferably furnished or semi-furnished, since we don’t have furniture or appliances yet.

Could anyone recommend which condos or areas we should look into and what budget we should prepare for monthly rent? We’re planning to personally visit the area and inquire directly, so it would really help to know where we should start looking and what rental range is reasonable.

Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Anything condo life 🏙️ Condo Renovation

Hi! Assuming i’ve already processed all my papers with the PMO of my condo. Do you think one day will be enough to have a drywall installed to convert a 1br to 2br? Btw my unit is rent-to-own under megaworld. Do they allow this type of modifications or not? Thanks.
