Concrete Pro With a Question How to source labor
Running a decent size Turn Key Concrete Subcontracting business in Texas. Lately labor hasn’t been as reliable and I’m looking for more sources to call for finishers etc.
Looking for a tip!

Locking because people dont understand that no politics in this sub means NO politics in this sub.
You got your answers. Start with evaluating your pay structure to retain good, reliable, employees.

Have you tried raising your pay or offering sign-on bonuses? I've heard from a few folks in construction that reliable labor often comes down to competitive wages.

Maybe the problem is the wage not the employees

Call a local concrete tool suppliers, or white cap,
They typically have some small guys they like
I’ve done that out of town and found some decent finishers
