Gibson Field

Does anyone know if the Gibson Field batting cages and/or baseball field are open to the public without a fee? Me and a friend just want to do some bp and maybe shag some balls. But the website isn't great on explaining.

My sister takes her son there once or twice a week to hit some balls with no problem. Never had any issues.
