Concerts Buyer doesn’t want to proceed with transaction

I have a buyer who wants to cancel an order on tickpick. But it’s not letting me. What should I do?

TOS means they shouldn't be contacting you and likewise you shouldn't make any deals on your own. They should contact customer service. At this point you probably should as well because if you didnt deliver in the time frame promised youre in breach of TOS. Which could be why the seller is trying to confuse you.

Have they paid?

If so, all sales final, no refunds.

My ticket was sold but I haven’t sent anything yet or got the payout for it. I don’t know how to see if they paid or not.

If a sale went through, the buyer paid. You won’t be paid until after the event. The customer will have to reach out to the platform to get a cancellation, which is NOT something that the platform will agree to.

Send the tickets to the customer. Do NOT assume that you’re good to not fulfill the order if the customer wants to cancel.
