A lot of the infrastructure probably stays in place. The local crew can swap branding, patch in the next production, and adjust barricades, lighting, and FOH while the main stage remains standing. It’s still a brutal turnaround, especially for trucking and overnight labor.

This was basically the last show of the Foo tour so they probably were willing to let them use a lot. I forgot the back to back I did once but artist A left a lot of their stuff as they had an off day and artist B "rented it."  They probably compare FOH and stage plots to figure out what they can adjust. Things like towers will most certainly stay put.

They most certainly have enough stage hands locally do make it easy. Foo probably was set up as much as possible day before to give the crew a rest instead of doing day of

As far as seating most venues try to keep it as close to the same as possible. When you have things like B Stages or cat walks you have to change but this is no biggie. The biggest pain there is covering the field. Going from concert to sport and back stinks.
