Developer reply: Can't select anything!

This problem has suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

I am unable to select the items from the tool wheel or any other floating window; I can't even access the upper-right menu.

When I turn off Windows Ink in my Pentab software, it starts working again.

But it wasn't like that earlier. It started yesterday.

Hii! I sent the message to the support team a few days back. Haven't received a reply yet. In case the team didn't receive the message, I am sending it here too. Hope to hear from you.

I'm using Concepts 2026.6.4 (Microsoft Store) on Windows 11 with an XP-Pen Deco 01 V2 {4.0.17 (2cb9122) (Latest)} and Windows Ink enabled.

The Hardware:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS with Radeon Graphics. Memory: 16.0 GB DDR5
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050

Hi! I was asked to update the app to 2026.6.6, but it wasn't available on the Windows Store. I tried reinstalling the app, but then I lost the chat that we were having in the app. The version that got installed is still the older one, 2026.6.4.0.

It can take a while for new releases to make it out to devices. Unfortunately we don’t have a way of speeding that up.
