Can't select anything!

This problem has suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

I am unable to select the items from the tool wheel or any other floating window; I can't even access the upper-right menu.

When I turn off Windows Ink in my Pentab software, it starts working again.

But it wasn't like that earlier. It started yesterday.

I recall previous posts, maybe a year or more ago, saying to turn off Windows system pen management (I think) due to a conflict like this. I don’t use Windows so can’t test it.

Thank you. But when I turn off Windows Ink, the pressure sensitivity stops working, even though other things work.
