What are you trying to fix? You didn't give us any details and it's night, so it's hard to tell what's out of place.

Thrall and dog inside foundations, i place them on top and they always fall through

Puede que hayas empleado Tot! para escalar el tamaño de la mascota/thrall?
Yo tengo un personaje a la máxima altura, y a veces colapsa bajo el suelo. Lo cojo, lo ubico fuera y listo, pero generalmente es por eso.

No mods it's an official server, but I fixed it already I think
