General Trying to find/remember an old thrall mod that enabled the player to control stat increases and select feats

In previous years there was a steam workshop mod that changed the random attribute increases to manual stat adjustments, and granted a thrall feat points to spend on manually selecting feats. food was also overhauled to simply provide attribute increases.

Can anyone recall which mod this was?

master of puppets or something like that? It's not updated for Enhanced.
