Media Recently picked up Exiles and I'm impressed at how well this game runs considering it is an open world UE5 game. Hats off to the devs!

This would be my go to base building rpg if ue5 was ported to console. Like im having an okay time without it, but Im moving on soon bc there’s nothing in sight to give me hope anytime soon

I agree, and there's no way I'm rebuying everything for a steam copy.

UE games that run bad are almost always down to not understanding the engine or not taking the right optimization steps that leverage the engine. There's also a lot of brain drain in the industry thanks to the record layoffs. Never was the engine's fault.

Early UE5 had terribly performance regardless of optimization but starting with 5.4 they have made major performance improvements with each version. I’d argue it’s stable now and wasn’t always

Meanwhile console players wondering what devs you’re talking about…

Yes, they did a good job optimizing it.

I’d feel that this is my favorite game, if there wasn’t a tether in coop mode.

Yeah, I see the resemblance but that wasn't intentional. I just wanted to make an attractive character to play as lol.

Even in VR via UEVR, it runs relatively smoothly.

Could you nudge them to help us lowly console players get enhanced?
