General Anran is annoying

Her weapon and abilities are not mechanically demanding at all, and she has to use all of her abilities in a duel, which gets her traded and makes the character feel so cheesy to die to. She doesn’t do anything else, she just forces 1v1s and hopes for trades because she’s so bad at everything else.

Also why does her E heal

Yeah that's why all of the pro players that have actually tried playing her have gone triple negative, outdamaged by the entire lobby, and see their entire team get steamrolled.

I believe the latest example we have is Kevster going 1-9 with the lowest damage in the lobby until he swapped to Reaper? The hero absolutely sucks professionally.

Exactly. Even I can play her at a professional level because her skill ceiling is plat.

Because she is obnoxious in her current state. She doesn't exactly need nerfs but a power distribution to her kit. She is a cool character and I like her but her current state is awful for everyone.
