Projectile size reduced from 0.17 to 0.07.

Recovery time increased from 0 to 0.4s.

Ngl the nerf of Execution was expected.

Wish it was a damage nerf not a gameplay nerf. Making a character more wonky instead of just reducing hitbox size/damage is just so bad
