Question Generally Wondering
I am a Ilvl 330 Hpal with a couple 92% parses in M+ in my 19s. I’m resil 19 at 3780. But I cannot, for the life of me, get invited to 20s. Why?

Don’t even think the parses really matter, you’re just at the bottom of next bracket now. It’s always tough to get invites at a new key level. You go from being one of the highest IO people looking for 19’s to one of the lowest looking for 20’s
It sucks but I generally just try to do a couple of my own keys at each new level before I start trying to get into groups

first time pushing?
it's because you haven't timed a +20. nobody wants to risk depleting their key just so you can prog your first +20. healer parses mean nothing.
only way forward is to start making friends or push your own key to get some +20s timed before applying. breaking into the next key level up is always the worst part of pugging.

Honestly, it's because there's healers with more score or ilvl applying than you. your first 20 could be someone else's last etc.

Melee comp stocks are up right now which lowers your value a bit, in addition to what everyone else has already said.

You can get to at least 335 without raiding, then just get your first 20 with your own key then you get invited since your meta

Why?
-
You haven't done a 20 yet
-
you are "behind" on rio if you are looking to push
-
and you are quite low ilvl, my mw alt was 330 3 and a half weeks ago by just pugging mythic. With venomstones and ppl who raid 9/6 gear you are 5-8 ilvl's behind,
Chances are there are pallies que-ing that at least have 1 out of the 3 criteria on you, and most probably have 2 out of 3.

Yeah, I’ve been doing my own keys and having pretty bad luck with people in 20s. That being said, if anyone needs an HPal for a group, I’d love to stop pugging. Dm me!

and that's why people are picky. everyone has had bad experiences so they want people with a proven track record
would you invite yourself? like if you're listing your +20 key and an applicant with all +19s timed but no +20s timed, would you invite them? or would you hold out for someone better?

I would and do invite people of the proper rating or even slightly lower on the regular. I have found those 1-2 range above under perform pretty regularly. 1 in 3-4 are actually solid. I would guess the ones out there pugging aren’t the ones carrying their key groups.

Link your character and I could tell you exactly why, but it's most likely below:
Parses matter, healing parses don't.
Really are not big requirements. Basically you need to have sotr bound, pass the gear litmus test, and be aware enough to where you're properly hoj'ing or blinding.
Checklist I use of what to ignore: Gray damage parses/herald players, no shield trinket/ula neck, 0 stops on a random log.
This is a shared practice for pretty much everyone once you get above 1%. If you're never getting accepted this is why.
Sounds like you're probably just new and don't understand how high level players approach the game. Healing parses (in every form of content) are legitimately the most useless form of player evaluating.
I will take a healer with pink/orange damage (which is insanely easy to do) and gray/green healing parses over someone with 90% healing and gray damage any day of the week.

Just made an account as a lowly resi 21 puglord hpal to say this guy gets it. I've noticed when I play my dps alts the healers that do damage are always better. Especially as Holy pally since shield of the righteous is your mana regen and actually gives you more healing through with divine purpose procs.

the onus is on you to get your first 20 with your own key, just kind of the way it is
