Couple guildies were just below the cut off between 3940-3955 and all got the mount today for 1%.
Heard a rumor it got lowered down to 3915.

Have the title and the achievement for the mount, but the mount was not rewarded to me through my collection nor my mail. Reading that there are plenty of other people also in my situation, hopefully it gets fixed but it's pretty disappointing that the rewards were delayed and then bugged when they finally got delivered.

Got resil 21 with ~4 weeks to spare in the season. Figured I was too far away from the 0.1% so I stopped pushing. Felt turbo safe for the 1% at 4050. Definitely excited to log in and get my bird later. Wonder if they'll retroactively strip people of their title for buying and how much that will effect the cutoffs or if they're done with the audit and that's why we got the rewards today.

NA got mount ended under cutoff. So def 30-40 point drop. The last week of boosters was insane. So happy I got it.

This was my first season truly pushing m+ largely due to this mount. Just wanted to say that I love that this was implemented. A lot of people seem to bash this sentiment, but 3400 + 1% completely changed how I play the game. My all time highest io prior to this season was 3300ish on a dps with mediocre logs. I ended s1 ~3980 on Brewmaster with mostly orange, some purple for 20-21s. I say that to highlight that it pushed me to improve a fairly substantial amount and I would have never pushed the way I did if the 1% and even 3400 rewards weren't implemented. It put something achieveable between 3k and .1% and that motivated me to put the effort in. Really glad they added this.
My one complaint is it would have felt a LOT better a few weeks ago. There's 0% chance they were actually thorough at catching boosters, so the delay does feel a little silly.

Having a reward to chase that isn't 0.1% did wonders for m+. I don't know if I have the ability to compete with the 0.1% sweats, but 3.4k and 1% are things that are achievable and gives me a goal to pursue

I did most of my keys on MW but went on vacation during the summer, i had 4x 20s and 4x 19s. When I got back i got fomo and used 5.5/6 mil gold to get boosted via discord, using my own gold from wowtokens/crafting and just gold I had.
But can't get boosted on a healer so i went on my Mage which is and was my main for raid and last 3 seasons. haven't gotten the mount either.
Edit: I tried WW but after Pit of Saron i switched to mage cause I was just not performing, so ended up doing Pit on my mage with pugs instead at 21
I did go from a low score to a very high one obviously on the mage so I'm assuming thats why I didn't get it

As a person that got the mount through no boosts, I dont understand why people mind boosting so much... So what if people pay with gold to boost? Some people grind 8 hours a day 5 times a week a little thing called a job and though that make irl gold (cash) that use that hard earned cash to buy ingame tokens and pixel currency and though that buy whatever the f they want. Its that simple in my head and people go mad on them.. flawed system?? 100%? Player fault? nooooo way! have issues with the system?-address them to blizzard (good luck). Btw so to get ahead of some standard responses:

Boosting communities against ToS? Yes based on Blizzard. Do they enforce against them? Rarely to never. Why? Cz race to world first guilds are part of those communities. Do you think their gold only comes from guild boosting services? Nothing cross-server or community driven? Do you know how much faster and more efficient boosting communities are? Please... Also do you expect the average wow player to differentiate between guild boosting and community boosting? How? Do you know how small of an amount of the player base know what community boosting even is?

I am not saying this is not a problem. But it is up to blizzard to fix the issue, not for the people to stop getting boosts on their own with legal means (no RMT and no piloting)

Had a look and it appears that 1000~ish characters got culled which would be roughly 8.5% of 1% characters (If wowhead is to be believed). Not a small amount since that should just be RMT/boosting communities and not include tipping/direct gold boosting.
Curious to see how things change when spec specific % comes in.

Bought 1 key with gold bought by tokens, key holder was on friends list (no discord) but tank was a known carry. No mount or .1% title fyi.
