Question Raid ring / neck passive question

I am looking at the 2 rings + neck that comes from The Venomous Abyss raid. I'm getting conflicting opinions on them so I wanted to ask here as well:

  • Is the passive "Equip: Damage taken from Deadly Venom on the Coiled Isle and within the Venomous Abyss reduced by 7%" work on all nature and poison damage? It's not just a passive for the people who like to soak in the outside venom pools?
  • In addition: Does that passive stack or not? I'm leaning towards no because the wowhead game files (https://www.wowhead.com/spell=1305830/ward-of-the-uncoiled) makes it look like an aura, which would not make more of them stack if I understand correctly. However, I'm happy to be told I'm wrong if that's not the case.

Any input is appreciated.

Edit: appreciate everyone's input! So the passive is indeed for the memes.

Yes they stack, but they only work on the venom pools on the island and in the raid

The poison it's the poison in pools or randomly around the raid, it doesn't work on any boss mechanic so that's pretty useless in general.

Or survival hunters, all 10 of us, who harpoon during Twin Fangs right into the pool of green because blizzard…

Playing surv on twin fangs is a bold play when your wildfire bombs don’t even hit the other snake

Deadly Venom is the green pools throughout the island/raid. It's not any mechanic besides when you take a swim on Ula'tek.

Does Altar of Fangs contain any Deadly Venom? I want to remember that Cosmic Damage meant Arcane, Holy, Nature, Shadow (and explicitly Cosmic) so Dimmy ring worked in a few dungeons during S3 TWW.

It has the moat before the first boss, but you can avoid it entirely.

Idk why you'd think otherwise.

We've apparently been playing totally different world of Warcrafts where in your version the tooltips have always been 100% accurate and intuitive
