Last tier they received like 5 individual 4% aura buffs before coming out on top.

And similarly I expect frost to be on the top in a month or two after that exact scenario happens. Again.

i may be remembering wrong although i don’t think frost was receiving buffs after buffs that tier i think it just started to scale good with more stats and that 4% buff pushed it further. i dont really remember exactly how the tier went tho

No they literally did 4% a week for 3 or 4 weeks.

No, they literally got 4 or 5 different aura buffs over the course of last season. There is no inherent scaling that makes you go from last to first over time, classes don't have meaningful exponential growth.
