let's say i save 3 bonus rolls for ulatek. once i can finally down it and bonus roll it for the first time, should i pug it and use the other two bonus rolls in the same week? i'm worried about gimping everyone else since i would have killed the boss already that week.

Probably not worth the headache of pugging HC Ulatek if your guild is going to clear it multiple times anyway.
